How long does it take before my order is made?
Orders take up to two weeks to be created before they are ready for pick up or courier. You will be emailed when your order is ready for pick up or sent tracking details when it's ready for courier to collect.

What if I need my order sooner than two weeks?
Contact me to see if I can squeeze your order in sooner. At busy times this may not be possible but I'll always do my best. Use the contact form on website to contact me or email me: littlekidsstuff2015@gmail.com

I haven't received any update about my order. What do I do?
Don't worry if you don't hear from me. You'll hear from me as soon as your order is ready to go. If there are any problems with your order or I need to know more details you will be contacted on the email address given when you placed your order.
The link your fabric album doesn't work. How can I find it?
Sometimes the link doesn't work. Sorry! Facebook makes it super hard to supply the right link for both computer and mobile. But don't worry I can send you the fabric album link once you have placed an order or you can contact me first and I can send this to you. Also you may be able to find it on our Facebook page - Little kids stuff nz - at the very top of page says 'photos'. If you click that it takes you to albums which then you need to click 'see all'. Then scroll down till you find fabric album.

I need to change some details to my order. How can I do this?
You can send me a message to change details on your order through the contact me part on website or email me: littlekidsstuff2015@gmail.com
If your order has been started you can't change details to your order sorry!

Where is pick up?
Pick up is from Rolleston, Christchurch, Nz. You will be sent pick up address once your order is ready to collect

My package is missing or has been damaged by courier. What can I do?
If this happens please contact the courier company through your tracking information or on your package so they can open an investigation for you.
If damaged you will need to keep all packaging as they will need this for their investigation. Also contact us so we can try help get it sorted as quickly as we can for you.
We do not accept any responsibility for damaged, missing or delayed parcels. While we pack everything with love and care once it leaves us it's out of our control

There's a mistake in my order. Help
I aim to have every order 100% correct but I am only human and sometimes mistakes can occur. In the unlikely event you receive an incorrect order please contact me ASAP.

Can we return a product?
Due to orders being custom made we do not offer returns for change of mind or wrong sizing so please choose carefully
