MISSING OR DAMAGED PARCELS:
We do not accept any responsibility for damaged, delayed or missing parcels. Once it leaves us it's out of our control.
We package your order with love and care to ensure it arrives to you safetly. Unfortunately from time to time packages can be damaged or go missing.
If this happens please conatct the courier company through your tracking information so they can open an investigation for you. If your item is damaged please keep all packaging as they will need this for their investigation.
Please also contact us ASAP so we can help get this sorted as quickly as possible for you.
If for some reason your parcel does not turn up please contact me ASAP
RETURNS
Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Refunds will only be given if an item is faulty or made incorrectly.
All products are checked carefully before sending off but in the unlikely event that you recieve a faulty product please contact us within 4 days of receiving your parcel to arrange us sending you a replacement.
Product needs to be in NEW, clean, unused conditon or this will void your return.
Return postage costs need to be covered by you.
If there is any reason that you are totally unhappy with your purchase please contact me.
While I aim to have every order 100% correct I am human and mistakes can occur. If you recieve a mistake in your order or an incorrect product from what you purchased please contact me ASAP. Once the incorrect item has been posted back to us we will have your correct order shipped out to you.
